  Went to Farmington CT., asked for manager "Orlando",he refused to even come and speak with me. Wanted to complain about a promotion I was using and didn't know I couldn't get until after ordered and eaten... Bill was paid but a horrible manager... Would love to hear from someone. Tried to contact headquarters, but NO number available!!!!

  My waiter was rushed and even over charged us for a tip not to mentioned we saw a Roach crawl right past our faces and they didn't even offer to front the bill

  Located in the Mall. Not too crowded food is good, service is great. I've sat at the bar and a table same great environment. Management always concerned for your well being which is nice, some places just don't care.
